Not only the southernmost countries in Europe offer hotels with a pool. Copenhagen has several good hotels with pools, many of which are indoors. Here, I’ve collected the eight best for you in this guide.

The hotels with pools below are spread over several geographical areas in Copenhagen and range from standard hotel rooms to hotel apartments and a single luxury hostel.
Let’s dive into the guide to the best Copenhagen hotels with swimming pools.
1. Villa Copenhagen – luxury hotel with a rooftop pool โญ๏ธ

- Location: Copenhagen City Centre
- Number of stars: *****
- See more photos here
There aren’t many five-star hotels in Denmark, but Villa Copenhagen is one of them. The rating itself testifies to a top-class luxury hotel, and the reviews agree.
The hotel is well-located in the heart of Copenhagen, near Tivoli Gardens and the Central Station.
There’s a short distance to Copenhagen’s main attractions, transport options, and plenty of eating and shopping opportunities just around the corner.

The entire hotel is decorated in a bright, modern, and Scandinavian style, and all rooms are soundproofed, guaranteeing a good night’s sleep.
The hotel offers a range of excellent facilities, such as a large rooftop swimming pool, sauna, roof terrace with bar, fitness facilities, breakfast restaurant, and garden.
All rooms are of a higher standard, so if you’re looking for budget rooms, there are better places to stay in Copenhagen. However, there’s a good selection of beautiful suites and deluxe rooms.

2. Nimb Hotel – stay in Tivoli Gardens with a rooftop pool โญ๏ธ

- Location: Copenhagen City Centre (inside Tivoli Gardens)
- Number of stars: *****
- See more photos here
Nimb Hotel is one of the best hotels with a pool in Copenhagen. The hotel has a 5-star rating and excellent reviews. The building looks royal, and the exterior and interior details are meticulous.

The hotel has one of Copenhagen’s best locations in Tivoli Gardens – yes, it’s inside the famous amusement park (my number #1 thing to do in Copenhagen).
You can enjoy a beautiful view of the entire Tivoli from the lovely rooftop pool. At Nimb Hotel, you’ll stay in the heart of Copenhagen with easy access to all the attractions, nightlife, shopping, and restaurants.
The hotel offers a fine selection of luxury rooms and apartments.

This is reflected in their size and choice of interior. If you’re looking for an all-around pampering experience, Nimb Hotel is an excellent choice, and you can even bring your pet along in selected rooms.
There are five restaurants at the hotel, as well as fitness and spa facilities. There’s also an outdoor pool, which is only open during the season.

Manon Les Suites is a striking hotel that uniquely blends urban Danish design with a Bali-like atmosphere.
Its standout feature is a tropical indoor swimming pool that transports you to a tranquil Balinese oasis in the heart of Copenhagen.

The pool, set in a lush courtyard under a glass ceiling, offers an exquisite spot to unwind after sightseeing.
The hotel is conveniently located in the city centre, close to the Lakes, a popular spot for running. It’s also surrounded by Michelin-starred restaurants, making it a foodie’s dream.

4 Adina Apartment – indoor pool

- Location: รsterbro
- Number of stars: ****
- See more photos here
If you prefer more space, or if you’re going to be away for more than a few days, a hotel apartment is a good alternative to a hotel room.
Close to Langelinie and The Little Mermaid is Adina Apartment Hotel Copenhagen, which offers spacious luxury hotel apartments, bright and inviting common areas, and an indoor pool.

All apartments are furnished to be comfortable for both shorter and longer stays.
This means, among other things, that there’s an oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine in the apartments, which also offer premium bed linen and complimentary toiletries – and some apartments have bathtubs.
There’s a restaurant with international dishes on the menu, and breakfast is available to purchase for your stay. You can also rent bicycles for your trip around the Danish capital.
Public transport is easily accessible if you want to get around the city. Buses are just a short distance away, and Nordhavn Station is approximately 10 minutes from the hotel.

5. Tivoli Hotel – indoor pool

- Location: Vesterbro / Copenhagen Waterfront
- Number of stars: ****
- See more photos here
Tivoli Hotel is an experience in itself. Here, there’s a focus on architectural details and unique decor, which differs in all rooms. There’s no fault in comfort either, with premium bedding, a minibar, and complimentary toiletries offered, among other things.
The pool at Tivoli Hotel is indoors, with plenty of space for a good swim.

Overall, something has been done with the common areas, which include several lobbies, lounge areas, bars, four restaurants, terraces, a courtyard, fitness facilities, a children’s playroom, a lounge, and meeting facilities.
All rooms are stylishly furnished, with a focus on good quality. There’s a fine selection of standard double rooms, suites, executive double rooms, and family rooms, and breakfast is available to purchase.

- Just so you know, Tivoli Hotel is not located in Tivoli Gardens. It’s located around 15 minutes walk from the Tivoli Gardens itself.
6. Charlottehaven – indoor pool

- Location: รsterbro
- Number of stars: ****
- See more photos here
On รsterbro, you’ll find the acclaimed Charlottehaven hotel, which offers highly spacious holiday apartments made with light and natural materials.
As one of the few hotels in Copenhagen with a pool, you can even bring your pet here.
Not only is there plenty of space to roam around but both the apartments and the hotel in general offer all the comforts you need.
- The apartments have an oven, dishwasher, and balcony, among other things.

In addition, you can enjoy a large indoor pool, cosy terraces, farm environments, a large outdoor play area for children, and fitness facilities with a short elevator ride.
The apartments are spread across two different locations and concepts; The Garden, which offers cosy and comfortable (family) apartments, and The Tower, which offers luxury apartments with 180-degree views and furniture in Danish design.
Both types of apartments are available in different sizes and price ranges.

7. Park Inn by Radisson Copenhagen Airport – indoor pool

- Location: Amager
- Number of stars: ***
- See more photos here
If you don’t need excessive luxury but want a decent hotel to stay in while you’re in Copenhagen, Park Inn by Radisson Copenhagen Airport is a good choice, especially if you plan to fly to or from CPH Airport before or after your stay.
The hotel offers standard rooms with classic decor and soundproofing, a large indoor pool area, and a fitness centre. Buying breakfast in the restaurant is also possible, and the hotel is pet-friendly.
The prices are very affordable. The hotel is in Amager, just a 5-minute drive from the airport.

You can easily visit Amager Strandpark (the best beach in Copenhagen) and Den Blรฅ Planet, less than 5 minute’s drive from the hotel. It’s also only a 15-minute drive to the centre of Copenhagen.
Park Inn by Radisson Copenhagen Airport is an excellent opportunity to stay inexpensively and conveniently within a short distance of everything Denmark’s capital offers regarding attractions, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife.
- However, you’ll need to take the metro for 10 minutes to Christianshavn or Kongens Nytorv before you’re in the city’s heart.

This is one of the cheaper hotels in Copenhagen with a pool. You can also check out my dedicated guide to see more cheap hotels in Copenhagen.
Now, those were the best pool hotels in Copenhagen – and before I go on to a luxury hostel with a pool – I will mention another great option. This requires that you either rent a car (which we call “billeje” in Danish”) or take the train about 50 minutes North to Elsinore.
In Elsinore, you’ll find one of the best spa hotels in Denmark, the Marienlyst Strandhotel. I know this is not a pool hotel in Copenhagen, but it’s quite close and worth the trip if you’ve got a couple of days to spend in Denmark.
8. Steel House Copenhagen – luxury hostel with indoor pool

- Location: Copenhagen V
- Number of stars: **
- See more photos here
Although Steel House Copenhagen is not technically a hotel but a luxury hostel, it should still be on the list. This hostel differs from a classic hostel as it’s a significantly upgraded version. You can choose between shared and private rooms, where the comfort and quality are comparable to hotel standards.
- If you’re looking for cheap hostels, I’ve got a guide to Copenhagen’s best hostels.
Something unique about this hostel is that it’s only for adults. There’s no focus on parties but rather on a comfortable stay with all the necessary amenities, including good opportunities to work remotely.

The hostel has excellent common areas, an indoor pool, a bar, a cafรฉ, a play area, and fitness facilities.
The location and view are also great, with a short distance to Copenhagen’s city life, shopping opportunities, places to eat, and all the city’s sights can be easily reached by public transport or bicycle.
